most people equate the heart to love. But just as easily as you can fall in love, you can hate something. You feel it more than anything, almost dead center of your chest, and in either extreme (love or hate) it gets hard to breathe. And if you have ever had a circumstance when you couldn't breathe.. all you can do is focus on why you can't breathe i.e. choking, water etc.
So all you do is think of this person. That is the feeling of the heart. but im sire you ask ten people, you will get ten answers

A way to explain how you feel in your heart is if you tell the person something you would ever tell anyone else. Let them know every detail how you feel and what you think of them. Look them in the eye and hold their hands while you do it and sometimes if you get emotional that means you're doing it right.

That is a tough question. If you feel true love in your heart for someone then its easy to explain. Of course love to each person may be different. I will explain to you how I feel in my heart about different people. With my husband, it feels like it gets bigger everyday because we grow closer and closer together. We love each other more everyday and we always tell each other that. With my kids, it is a feeling of pride in my heart for what they have accomplished and sometimes a pain when they are hurt or sad. With my grandaughter, it is almost a feeling of love so deep that your heart is going to explode. She brings me so much joy. My mother makes my heart feel sentimental because she is 82 now and I am always afraid of losing her. With friends, it is just a feeling of happiness to know that I have someone who cares about me and will always be there for me. That is the way my heart feels. How about yours?

actions speak louder than words... i find that i can never explain to the best of my abillity just by talking. you have to show that you care with an act of love in its self... sorry for sounding mushy and stuff but a guy feels how they feel and thats that.

We show sadness or sympathy for others by the emotions in our hearts, if someone close to us is sad we feel that sadness, if the connection is there. some times lifes cruelty makes our hearts cold and distant its up to us to listen to our hearts, if our minds, intution say to us hey i feel happy go with that feeling if it says aww i feel sad go with that to ..it all depends on your mind connection to your heart and if you care enough to open them up ...its better to be honst with your self and your emotions.

the heart is a deceiving part of us just be careful sometimes it may feel like your in love but your not or sometimes you may feel hate but its not so yea be careful
