Are you connected wirelessly or via the RJ45 Ethernet cable? If wireless you need to enter your security key which is written on the underside of your hub. Hope this helps, if not try and post more information for others to help you. Good luck.

ok you must install the hub before you do anything else, you must wait at least an hour for all the lights to stop flashing then install the PC to the hub, use the software and follow the instructions. if this does not work you may have a faulty hub, contact bt to replace

There should be a little button on the back of your hub..(wireless association) .all you have to do is press this and keep it pressed down for 2 minutes...your hub should then connect...as for the helplines they just try and make money by keeping you on a premium rate line....they all know that all you have to do is to keep this button pressed for 2 minutes...but it only takes them two secs to tell you that so it's not in their interests...try it see if it works and let us know if it does

Yeah I had the same problem, telephoned BT on numerous occassions to sort it and in the end I demanded someone come out to fix the problem, which they eventually did. You are paying for the service that you are not getting after all so they have a duty to come out

Are you trying to connect wirelessly? It would be worth trying a direct cable link to see if you have the same problem. If you do then I recommend ringing BT.
