I am needing to find out how to convert .06715 & .09350 into fractions like 3/32" or 1/4" of an inch.

Can't be done "cleanly."

.06715 is approximately 17/256. You'll have trouble finding that wrench!! Try Sears. Ask for an old guy. It'll drive him crazy.

.09350 is approx 3/32. That you might find in a wrench.

It's just trial and error finding a fraction whose resultant is close to your decimal.

But the person who said 6715/100000 and start reducing is exactly right.

6715/100,000
= 1343/20,000

.06715 = 6715/100,000

Reduce from there.
