Does JIMMY CARTER believe that the conservatives will fend for themselves?

Habitat for Humanity (that last word is strange to you, I know but bear with me) makes housing AFFORDABLE to low income people. There is nothing free about it. Thousands of VOLUNTEERS (something cons no nothing about unless volunteer military) as well as the prospective home owners build homes so people can live a better quality of life. It is giving people a leg up instead of a hand up. For photo ops other Presidents and public officials have hammered a nail or two but President and Mrs. Carter have actually put in some real work. Jimmy doesn't just throw money at the peasants like a con on a high horse does, he gets in rolls up his sleeves and gets to work.
If conservatives fend for themselves it is because that is what they constantly preach. If that is their beliefs than they need to walk the walk not just talk the talk. Otherwise they are hypocrites.

Hurricane Katrina only demolished Democrats homes? Or only Democrats got approved for his funding projects? He's an equal opportunity giver. And then he taketh away. Wolf Blitzer Sunday nite he was on Bubba's tail for Darfur and his ineffectiveness keeping the peace there. As Hillary spoke on the View this week her second thing once in office is utilize former President's to pass the word the days of "Cowboy Politics are over". I quote. No mention of the beloved Jimmy Carter.
(next we get the good 'ole boy pant suit revolutionary politics...)
Not sure where either of them stand. Depends on the weather. My opinions anyway. Thanks.

You have figures backing you up on this one? How exactly do you know that Habitat for Humanity only helps Liberals with homes? BTW, every person who is helped by Habitat is required to work on the home they receive. It really isn't a handout, it's a help...

It's because the Habitat for Humanity homes are, by defintion, low income housing, which no conservative would be caught dead in, because they don't have private gates to keep brown-looking people away.

The man has spent a good portion of his life trying to ensure that people have a decent place to live, and you try to find fault. Pathetic.
