I want to own land in northern wisconsin and build my own home using my own drafting skills,with the help of perfessonals in the building this home!

Well I dont know about grants, but if you are looking at owning land and building a home in a rural location, check with the usda. they have home loan programs available for low income families. there may even be grants available.

I have not heard of programs that forced taxpayers to buy land and custom built homes for disabled, but if there are any you will find them at grants.gov
If you can design a home on your own that will get you a building permit you are obviously not too disable to earn your own living and buy your own land.
