also i need civil right attorneys numbers to file a federal law suit on half the government in P.A.

I draw SSI and went to court for child support. The judge ordered SSI for the kids in leu of child support. My ex drew on my social security for 12 years now and I dont pay child support. If you have dependants and draw social security they are eligable also. Contact your attorney who got the social security.www.ssi.gov

There are only 5 reasons for garnishing a Social Security or Disability check. 4 are for taxes and the fifth is Child Support. Really clear that you will end up paying it.

the law is clear at www.ssi.gov call them. even if s person is on SSI they are not exempt from child support.


call the feds for civil right info at 1 800 FED INFO

If your on SSI, you most likly will not have enough money to pay child support.
