btw - The chin strap rule only applies to Tom Brady. It was put in place to cover up his John Travolta butt chin.

Nope, not an outlaw, just had to pay out a little bit of money for breaking a minor rule, just as any other player in the NFL does.
It is all just a drop in the bucket for these guys anyway.
