--I teach a biology class in high school, and was wanting to let the students watch a movie for fun....but i would really like it to be science based....anything out there like that? Apollo 13 and October Sky are overused, looking for something on the newer side...any suggestions? I was thinking Fabric of the Cosmos...but am not sure if the students will find it as interesting as i did!!!

Try Red Planet with Val Kilmer or Beautiful Mind with Russell Crowe

An older one that is still relevant might be "Born Free" about Elsa the lioness or maybe Gorillas in the Mist about Diane Fossey.

what about "Space Camp" it's a good movie. it's about these young kids going to space camp and wind up going into space by accident. it's a lot of fun.
