im looking for apartment or a town house in west virginia
that has rent as low as $350.00 per month or less with some utilities included.also has carpet ,washer and dryer hook up. outside of charleston,but not in dunbar,north charleston,ripley wv,
maybe some where in the country but not too far from the city.
1 or 2 bed rooms. large living room, nice size kitchen. pet friendly. full sized bathroom. and bay window.with a nice view.
will allow you to paint.and will allow me to install a bay window seat or already have one.
that's my dream place.

There are numerous websites for searching apartments and you can usually search by the number of bedrooms, pet-friendly, rental rates, etc. If you find a place for $350 with all the amenities you are looking for, let me know. I'd like to get a place there, too. =o)

In So. California $350 wouldn't even rent you a bedroom in someone elses house!! I actually have a friend renting from me and he pays $400.00 a month (but he does get internet & his own bathroom) I hope you find your dream place!! It sounds beautiful!!

Dream sounds about right.... you might have to re adjust your budget for all that..
