power on PC, read screen. Where it sayd PRESS xxx to enter Bios/Cmos/setup PRESS the key indicated.
Usually F2, F12 or DEL

then find the "reset bios to factory defaults" option, use that, BIOS reset.

OR use the reset jumper on the motherboard, RTFM to find it

There's no magical key but if you're talking about how to enter the BIOS during the boot process it depends on your computer. Typically it's F2 but it could also be the delete key. Watch the computer screen and whatever button it tells you to press to enter setup that's the one you push.

When you reboot your computer, before your operating system starts to run, there's usually a message that says press some key to to enter BIOS. Mine says I should press F2.

You hit F2 when your computer is starting up and go into Setup Function Screen.

its usually by the battery that looks like a clock.
