Why do you call your question Japanese Manga?

IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MANGA OR JAPAN!!!

First of all, like someone else said just call it manga. That was not made in japan or else it wouldn't be caly, it would be more like the animes you see on tv like Naruto and Bleach or something like that with bright colors.

Also, its' not a manga. The eyes would be more open like and show a lot of emotions. They'd probably have pink or purple hair too.

And animation is not manga. Manga is a comic book that isn't an american like 15 paged. A manga is like a 200 paged novel comic book. Anime is what you see on tv.

Manga are comic books.

If you're referring to "anime", there's no particular technique - it's just standard animation. Artists draw the significant frames, then get lots of assistants to draw the "inbetween" frames, sometimes known as "tweens". It's just the same way cartoons have been drawn for years, until the arrival of CGI.

manga is just a comic like you'll find marvel comic in britain except you have to read manga right- left and not left-right. the technique is just 2D animation a still image. the artist just draws the chracters and other objects.
