it is true though, Cheney's wife i believe did a genealogical study of Cheneys family, come to find out they are French! LOL
They came over in the late 1600's from France, the child of the original immigrant a French Huegonot was the common ancestor
they are 8th cousins through Obamas mothers' side of the family
