my grandmother passed away and my family did not give me my inheritance. what can i do?? how do i check the will if possible???
and what are my legal recourses

If there was a will it will be on file in the probate court in the county of your grandmother's residence at the time of her death, and you can get a copy from the clerk for a small fee. If there was no will, you are not entitled to anything as a matter of law if there is a surviving spouse or any surviving children.
