Yes! Once the vasectamy is done you will be requested to take your semen to the doctor to have it analyzed. You will do this until it comes back negative for sperm twice! But, after about 10 years, we were told, that it can grow back together. Your best bet is to ask the doctor what he will do exactly to the tubes. My hubbies doctor actually cut a piece of the tube out then sewed up each end of the tubes. This makes it much harder for them to grow back together.

nope not naturally they are like 99.9% you maybe able to get it reversal which has a very low success rate. you could have a procedure done where they cut into the testical remove some of the sperm and sometimes they can find just a few good sperm enough to use in IVF procedure where they put the sperm and egg together put it into the woman and hope it implants. But IVF is the only real shot at having kids after a vasectamy

Growing up, I had friends whose father had a vasectomy and when were in junior high their mother got pregnant again... so assuming that he was the father of this baby (and I'm pretty sure he was, since she looked just like him), then yes it's possible.
