FALSE. they have a long pointy tube/beak to penetrate skin and hide then under the skin they extent another strawlike tube to suck up the blood. thay iner tube is moistened by saliva what can carry diseases an also causes those red bumps after you hav been bitten.

They don't have teeth the same as we (or other mammals) have. They do have serrations (jagged edges) on their mouthparts which they use (like a steak knife !) to pierce the skin of the animal they are biting.
