I don't know what they were thinking when they cast Chris Noth as his replacement because he is one of the crappiest actors/characters I have ever seen. Unilke Det Goren, this guy has major anger issues which are not appealing or interesting.

Yes, I watch CI every other week cuz Noth's character annoys me. Just wish they would do my dream team, Stabler and Benson working with Goren and Eames.....

Vincent D'Onofrio is the entire reason I started watching Law & Order Criminal Intent. If he wasn't on the show in the first place, I would never have started watching it. I'm not a big fan of the other Law & Order shows. D'Onofrio brought a quirkiness to the role that I just love to watch.

I certainly hope not! I LOVE Vincent D'Onofrio...he plays his role incredibly well. I could watch that show, if he's on it, 24/7.

I love Vincent D'Onofrio! He is made for that role. I don't know why Chris Noth is on that show.

I love that show. I started watching it when he was on the episode where the guy who played chess for america wasn't allowed to play against cuba and he was jailed for doing so. he's got a crazy aura about himself which makes him the bomb!!!

D'Onofrio was better than Noth for sure... ever since Full metal jacket He's my best anti-hero i know,Gomer pyle shot the Drill Sargent!!!
and his carater on C.I. is so quirky the way he gets into heads of murders or what ever is so intense...WOW!! ? do police really do that?

I love Vincent D'Ononfrio! He's the reason I watch the show. I wish he was on every week but it was his decision to only do half the episodes a season.

i hated D'Onofrio on Criminal Intent. He spoke so slow and dramatized every sentence; it was unbearable to watch.
