Yet another example of Big Business (NFL) making even more money at anyones expenses. So trivial, but hey he's Tom Brady......probably got em lined up to pay his fine for him as we speak.

so a strategies as Brady being the main overhyped QB interior the history of the sport, no, that would desire to be Brett Favre, observed by potential of John Elway.. To the individuals who say that the comments on Brady are inflicting the Giants to spend greater time on reading action pictures of Matt Cassel, I also have a question... while you're smart sufficient to choose that Brady's gonna play, do no longer you think of the Giants are smart sufficient to choose the comparable component? You anyone is idiots in case you think of the Giants are gonna spend better than approximately 3 minutes preparing to play against Cassel. On yet another word, I see that Brady is indexed as "in all danger" on the harm record (a minimum of on Yahoo activities besides), yet no point out of an ankle situation, basically the extensive-unfold ideal shoulder difficulty, lol. Gotta love how plenty exciting the Pats are having with this... now Welker and Maroney are each and each telling the clicking that he's gonna be changing Brady because of the fact the commencing QB next Sunday.. it is likewise especially humorous that no person's talking approximately Randy Moss' upcoming courtroom visual attraction, lol. Brady's ankle knocked that ideal out of the media's so referred to as "minds" there is not any doubt that the harm is real, Ron Jaworski concept he pinpointed the actual play on which it got here approximately (late interior the 1st qtr against the Chargers)... and Brady genuinely did no longer act with the comparable physique language he normally does, even on the sidelines... yet whilst this is barely a sprain, there is not any doubt that he will play, and little doubt play nicely... the clicking is attempting to hype this into Willis Reed taking the floor against Chamberlain in sport 7... it is not that undesirable. Wow, basically think of if the Cowboys had come out of the NFC... the clicking could be beside themselves attempting to choose on no count if to cover Brady's ankle or Jessica Simpson.

not even worth the time of reporting it.
onew buckle doesn't stop a concussion. I can tell who has played ball for real before and who hasn't .
the reason they fined him is the same reason that they fine other guys for having socks too short, the wrong brands of shoes on, and in appropriate gear on on the field. It is all about appearance and the NFL has gone over board agian.
think about it As an Ex-football player I think a mouth piece would have more impact on a concusion than 1 buckle from a chinstrap being off. Mouth pieces aren't mandatory wear in the NFL. Are they really that concerned with concusions? Or is it just the image that they are concerenced being protected here?

As brutal as football is, safety does come first in the NFL. So anyone not following the safety rules are subject to be fined. It is a fair practice. As far as Tom Brady being Sooo Fine, well, I wouldn't know considering I'm not into guys. lol

he got fined b/c so many ppl have been getting concussions from not having thier chin straps on correctly. the fine is a little petty, but it does have it's meaning. brady is lucky not to have his head knocked off last week against dallas.

A rule is a rule.
In this case, it should be an in game penalty; dead ball, five yards. Make it an illegal procedure type of call that can go against either team; flag and whistle at the snap.

The NFL is very concerned about concussions. If a player's helmet is not buckled properly then it has a lesser chance of protecting him if he is hit. The only way to get the players to obey the rule is to fine them.

Rules are rules. It holds on the helmet so that it doesn't get popped off. He's not the only one that has to wear the chin strap.

Because he gets paid millions to basically be perfect when it comes to anything to do with football. Including wearing every piece of his uniform properly.

Rules are rules and he was aware of it. I agree it's petty, but if you can't enforce every rule against every player, then you start down a slippery slope.
