Julio Lugo - OUT. Crisp sucks so bad, the Sox need to get rid of him. What's the story with this guy?

yea i agree wit u...it seems dat everytime manny, oritiz, or lowell gets a hit...coco seems to groundout into a double play along wit lugo and drew. That has been the difference in this series so far. The red sox get production out of the 3,4,5 spot but the rest of the lineup is not contributing.

...its frustrating when the bottom part of the lineup comes up because its almost always a 3 and out.

Who knows, he has a lot of potential, is a good player and saves a lot of runs on defense, but I think he'll be gone next year to make a spot for Ellsbury. Lugo on the other hand is a bum, I have no idea why the Sox ever wanted him so bad when they could have just kept Orlando Cabrera instead of having the revolving door at short.

I had to joke with my friends about this: as Crisp came from Cleveland, I asked who they would choose to play CF for Cleveland if they could choose between Crisp and Grady Sizemore. From the gales of laughter that ensued, I presumed that meant they were happy with Grady. What was Boston thinking when they let Damon go and replaced him with Coco Crisp? Trivia: his real name is Covelli Crisp.

I hate Coco Crisp's batting stance, when he puts his chin down into his arm and rubs it around. It really annoys me for some reason. Also, Julio Lugo looks like you could tap him on the back and he would fall over when he is batting. He looks very fragile.

Crisp hit .268 in the regular season. Not great, but not horrible either. I'll take a .268 hitter if he brings the defense in center field that Crisp does.

varitek and JD "nancy" Drew have been terrible lately too...i think crisp is just a defensive man and varitek has that softball style stance.
