Before you start spending loads of money on different creams or surgeries, there are a few simple techniques you can try on your own at home. If your stretch marks are not too severe or aged, you can try taking a body brush and scrubbing the affected areas while in the shower. This loosens up the skin, and removes the dead skin on top, leaving fresh, more normal colored skin underneath.
The cheapest stretch mark treatment available is creams made especially for stretch marks. The most effective creams contain ingredients such as cocoa butter, lanolin and wheat germ oil. These creams actually heal and rebuild the damaged skin. While they may not be able to completely eliminate stretch marks, they may at least make the stretch marks fade to a barely visible scar.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

I loved to play ball, and for the first time in my life, I'm actually useful, at a ballgame, instead of just a big stationary person, that maybe if the ball comes within this range, I might get it. I was wearing-I'd always wore XX kind of jersey. And then I went down to medium. And then the medium was too big, that it's coming down here.
So I'm wearing a rockin' outfit, and I'm making a play, and the guy stops, beans it in the face 'cause he says, "Look at your body. You're rockin' hard." And that was the first time I had ever gotten a compliment like that in my whole life.

Unfortunately, no.
None of the things that you can buy at a pharmacy will work - doesn't matter what they claim their products can do.
There are non-surgery methods that can help reduce the visibility of the stretch marks - microdermabrasion, light therapy, chemical peels. But nothing will permanently fix the stretch marks, I wish somebody would invent something soon!

Stretch marks are basically scars. They should fade, but you need to take care of your skin in the meantime. Vitamins E and K are supposed to be good for your skin, so if you're not taking a multivitamin, it might be a good idea to find one. Lotion is a good idea- cocoa butter and oil are more effective in prevention than in lessening stretch marks, so you don't need to go that route. I found that a lotion with extra Vitamin E and seaweed extracts works well. Basically, it's about keeping your skin healthy so that it can heal faster.

Massaging on the stretch marks serves as an excellent home remedy for stretch marks removal. You can either use olive oil, flaxseed oil, vitamin E oil or cod liver oil for the purpose of massage. Check out http://useinfo-stretchmarks.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.
