what happens when you put rubber roofing (EPDM) on a very sloped roof?

Just curious. Had a call about a womans roof leaking today and she says it is done with white EPDM but when asked about the flat roof she informed me that it has a severe slope and wasn't flat at all.

You really should get a metal roof. They last a whole lot longer and are easy to install. They work just fine on a steep roof. Here's website to a good metal roofing company. www.metalroofingwholesalers .com

Hmmm, perhaps an unscupulous roofer talked the owner into applying it at a higher cost. I am surprised it is leaking though. The stuff works really well. Must have been an installer error.
