How can I let him go?

I have a big crush on this man. I want to forget about him, but it is too difficult. Give me advice on how to let him go & not think about him all the time.

Get involved with something else - a new hobby, exercise, travel plans, education etc.

Meet new people - through the above activities.

Then go out into the woods and scream your head off. Cry. Kick trees (with soft soled shoes). Throw leaves.

Then go home and take a nice long hot bubble bath.

No that won't take toad-boy off your mind - but it will make you feel better.

i have the same problem, mine is worse coz he does not like me as i do, he said that we are friends but can not be with him and acting opposite what i feel, i told him that we should be apart away 4 stupid reason, but he keeps sending sms!!! so i decided to limit my thoughts , and try to concentrate on more important things than having a crush on a man like my study my aim in life....

Well first of all I would get rid of everything that reminds you of him then I would move on and stat talkin to a man that will treat you with respect and the way you want to be treated thats my way of doin things!!!!!!

I was like that about two months ago. I was going crazy about this dude. In time my feelings changed. Just move on and you'll see.

Talk to other guys (Is there someone else you have feelings for?) just talk to other people and see what happens.

occupy ur time with something much more valuable than a guy. im sure there is something much more important than a guy you cant stop thinking about. or........ ask him out on a date
