You should be a teacher... maybe a philosophy teacher, but definitely a teacher. You can teach you own field. My teachers who have a positive outlook on life have profoundly effected me. Your view of the world is so unique and teaching is a good way to share it.

As a career, do what you spent 4 years training professionally for , and that is what you are doing now. As for your talents, use them for free lance work Not that you need the money, but its also a waste to bury them. Your thought provoking questions and answers shows your philosophical and sensible nature which could be also put to good use. You can use your spare time to help those in trouble (like you are always thinking of) by volunteering at one of the counselling centres like Samaritans of Singapore (SOS), Fei yue counselling etc. there are many. In this aspect, your creative talents can play apart in alot of charitiy organisations too. Take flight when you have settled down on this job transfer. Good luck!!!!

Alright you have changed your Avatar why you are bent upon to change the present career? You are master in the field and company has given you your home place as posting. If you think that your capacity to explore in the field is exhausted and unable to coup up further you may choose some new field. Let the ultimate decision be yours only.

I think you should write self-help books for folks who want to be better at something. They all usually say the same thing, which is generally no more than common sense, but some folks will just lap up anything that has 'money', 'success' and 'really works' on the cover! Why fight it? :-)
