Interesting question. My take is that these things sort have a life of their own. A movement starts in one country, then moves to another - look at what happened in the 20th century - 1957 Czechoslovakia/Hungary then at the end of the 80s throughout the communist satellites. Throughout Europe in the 1840s the Industrial Revolution had created an urban working class who wanted there rights. They were becoming better educated and could see no reason why the old regimes should keep control.

I guess because of the paneuropean masons movement, at least this what happened in the Romanian Principates. Here the aim was the relief of the Ottoman occupation and the union in one country, Romania. This happened later in 1859, with masons support. In 1866 the Parliament bring Hohenzollern family to kingdom ( Carol the I st ), and in 1877 started the war with Ottoman Empire, in alliance with Russia.

One becaused they lacked good leadership:all this countries that faces the tragedy were ruled by kings and dint listen to the right of the people


Another thing is they all wanted constitutional and democratic government to replace the authoritarian regiles
