do you feel obligated to explain your tattoos when they ask about them?
would it be rude just to say do what you have to do so i can get the heck out of here?

Hi Frostbite, I don`t worry about questions from these health people.I explain sometimes , other times i don`t.

You should have known that when you got a tattoo, people would comment on it from time to time. There's no reason for you to be rude to the health care staff!

Why would a tattoo need explaining? I think most people know what they are.

They should not be making comments on your tattoos... It is your body and your choice... If my doctor or nurse made comments I would tell them very quickly it is none of their business about my body art...

Get one more tattoo.... that says "Don't Ask!"
When they begin their inquiries.... give 'em a nasty look,
and point at it. That should take care of your problem.
(If not, ask to speak to someone who can read and
follow simple directions...)
