My husband and I have been TTC our first child for 27 months now. I got a bladder infection and could not have intercourse for a week (of course I assumed it was ovulation week), so I told myself, I couldn't be pregnant. Well, I looked at a charting website and found out that (if the chart is right) I had sex the day before ovulation! That gave me a little bit of hope.
I usually spot for a few days before I start my AF (which is due in 5 days or so). So far this time, no spotting and no sign of AF. I'm trying not to get excited. I'm planning on taking a test in about 7 days. I've been having some mild symptoms, but I attributed them to the bladder infection. Could this be my month?!?!

I so hope it is!!!! It definately could be. I have read the day before ovulation is the best time to have intercourse so you did it the ideal day!!! UTI's usually only have symptoms for a couple of days so maybe some of the symptoms are associated with pregnancy. You definately deserve it!!!!
Well a little update on me... I was giving up on ovulating this month but my temp spiked today (from 97.7 to 98.36) so I believe I ovulated yesterday (day 20). Which would be around the time I ovulated last cycle. I don't know why I was getting down since I ovulated later in my cycle last month too. So I too am hoping this is my month!!!

I can't say, but I hope in 7 days when you take the test you get a BFP.

OMG - you can wait 7 whole days? I take them each month from 5 days before my period is due.... i buy those suckers in mega bulk! They are super cheap on the Internet and so very sensitive - got my last positive 5 or 6 days before period was due. Good luck to you - hope it was your month, your truly have waited long enough to see that BFP!!!

Could be!!! They say having sex right before ovulation is the very best time!!!!

I'll get excited for you... Woo Hoo!!!! It sounds so promising!!!! I hope you are!!!!!! Come on, be pregnant.... Please, please, please!!!! You could take a test now since you are five days away you know.... You could get the ept test and take one now, and the other in a week... That's up to you..... Hmm, do you? Don't you???
