I was still "young" in my 20s and 30's. Just like everyone else in that age range, I may not have been entirely sure of myself, but I knew what I wanted and didn't want. In my 40's I became mature. In my 50's I have become wiser. The experiences of life cause us to feel older as time goes by, not just our aging bodies. We look back on how many years we've been around this planet and marvel at how the time flew by. We see how much history we have lived through. We realize how much of what we've live through the younger generation has never heard of.

That must have been at least an hour ago. Guess I felt that was because the wife had just given me a haircut, shampoo and facial and we had a cuppa. Don't see why any of you would feel different. After all, even if your dawg kissed ya it makes ya feel like a kid.

When I was young, I believe I stayed 13 for the longest kind of time. Then I was 19 and had two children. I know how that happened, and I know why, but I don't know where my brain was. Hadn't caught up with the rest of me, obviously.

That sounds like something my late father-in-law used to say ." there's more weather this year than last year" HUH?
I am as old as I feel at any given moment. When I'm listening to my music ,I'm about16, when I'm hurting all over like today, I feel 64. Mostly I'm around 30 .
