You might define "killer instinct". Some people in business have a killer instinct and know when to "pounce" on an opportunity to seal the deal. and that is why they are successful in many way.
If you mean the basic human urge to kill, I control it. Yet I will admit it arises within me when I see a child or woman or an animal has been beaten.

In my job I have to go out and find my own clients and then I only work for them 1 month or less then I need new clients it's a roller coaster. Competition give me the killer instinct.

the one thing that gives me a killer instinct is when a person who doesn't deserved to be punished is being punished.
And on top of that when they don't say anything about it
why should a person suffer for something they have not even done or deserve.
WHY?

I have a phobia about people who come up behind me and grab my neck in a choke hold. It gives me severe goosebumps, and my friends know that what happens next that I cannot be held responsible. It is a definite killer instinct reaction.

As pathetic as is sounds, when a driver flips me off. Well, a male driver. I have been foolish enough to chase people down and drag them out of their cars. It makes me insane for some reason. If I make a mistake in traffic and think I might see a finger go up, I look the other way!

Killer instinct? As in, I want to kill? When I see kids doing something stupid that might hurt them. I go into a rage. Like kids who blithely run into the street. I wanna kill them, but it's more of a protection instinct.
