We should not bother about impacts, main concern should
be about health hazards especially for children

Hopefully, if it gets bad enough, toy companies will improve their design and quality standards and force chinese (and other developing countries) to improve their products. And people (especially parents) will become more aware of the what is bad and what is not bad.

Maybe all of the brown tooth hillbilly's will stop shopping at Wal Mart. Doubt it though.
