congrats on your twins...i have 2 1/2 mo old twin girls born at 36 weeks...we went through the same problem with spitting up and have tried like 4 different formulas...our pediatrician now says my girls have reflux but he doesn't want to put them on any medicine due to their age...my girls were 4lbs 12 oz and 5 lbs at birth and at 2 months were still only eating 2-3oz at a time...i think you should try feeding them less...our dr also suggested feeding them half and burping then feeding the other half after a few minutes...good luck and i hope this helps

If they are continuing to gain weight then things are probably just fine. It is common for premies to have a hard time digesting and spit up often. For that matter it can be common for full term babies too.
They really are eating a good amount too...by daughter is 2 months and only takes about 3 ounces every 3-4 hours.
You did mean every 3 to 4 hours and not 3/4 of an hour, lol?

its fine to spit up ever feeding if they're really only spitting up and not vomitting. When my daughters had reflux a doctor once showed me exactly what 6 ounces of water looked like when it was poured out. I was convinced my daughter was throwing up everything she had just eaten.. in reality, liquids look like a lot, but usually are not as bad as you assume. If they're growing and otherwise happy, spitting up is fine. If they're unhappy or failing to thrive, there could be an underlying reason, like reflux, for the spitting.

You're feeding them too much. What is their gestational age? When my son was two months, he was only eating 2-3oz every 2-4 hours.
Also you need to check with their doctor and see if they need to be on LacoFree Enfamil, or if they need to have some reglan.

They most likely have acid reflux. Talk to their pediatrician about this. It's very common in premies.

Pretty sure you're meaning lbs.
If they are spitting most of it up it sounds like they are having an allergic reaction to what they are drinking. Is it breastmilk?
If it's formula, check with your pediatrician to see what kind you should switch to.

no, if theyre spitting up at every feeding something is not right. Either theyre eating too much, or the wrong formula, or theyre too gasy while eating, or its reflux.
Spitting up a little after each meal is normal, but throwing up most of what they eat is not.

premature baby very commonly can have reflux. they shouldn't be spitting up that much. they can go on meds to help if it's reflux. if its projectile vomiting it could be pyloric stenosis. i would let the pedi know.
