my own a**. i can't quite reach. do you know of any good limbering up exercises?

Well I know of one ,but frost you need to have a open mind about it ............Oh yea it takes two to do this exercise. And yes limbering up will come right along as you work on your moves. Lessons are free as long as you sign a will not sue you paper. Oh and 5 of my pups are silver headed !!!

If you're serious, I'd try reaching between your legs and grasping the back of your thighs. Pull and stretch. Repeat a few times a day until you have the necessary flexibility.

Um.. Im a cheerleader so we stretch a lot and stuff. Probly to backbends and lay on your stomach put your hands under you and lift your head. those will make you back more limber to be able to bend back!

theres a video out called "how to kiss your own as s in 3 easy steps"!.......it worked for me!!!
