Yes. I had a hostile environment according to my OBGYN because of side effects from Clomid. Two cycles using Preseed during fertile times and I'm pregnant!!

Pre-Seed is designed to create an environment that is "sperm-friendly" so it should definitely help with hostile cervical mucus. I'm not sure about the antisperms part though.
