Just about everyone has broken some law -- even if only speeding or jaywalking -- so from a legal perspective, almost everyone is legally guilty of some infraction.

Just about everyone has also broken some moral code -- whether their own or someone else's religion -- so, just about everyone is morally guilty according to someone else.

Me personally -- I take the 5th.
