Well it would be fair. It doesn't matter if the U.S. Congress already admits to it. That just makes it EASIER to CONDEMN them for it.

but if we look at this with some brains, you will see that any nation who colonized north america is also to share.

so all of the following nations are at fault for the deaths of native americans:
america
holland
france
spain
england

should those nations be condemned?

Native Americans do not pay taxes.
