personality plays a lot in a persons beauty..imagine a really cute guy thats really proud..thats really annoying !! or pretty girl that has no manners whatsoever..
theres a wise saying that goes "true beauty comes from within"
you can't just be beautiful on the outside, you need to beautiful on the inside too.

A person can definately be physically attractive without having a good personality but beautiful no. Take away some peoples makeup and nice clothes and all that is left is... well nothing. Being a beautiful person with a beautiful personality will see you through to the grave, flawless skin and a pretty face will fade!!

I think there's a difference between what we define as beautiful and what we define as attractive. Beauty is instant, you either find someone beautiful or not within a few seconds of looking at them, but attractiveness builds up over time. You can think someone is beautiful but not be attracted to them, or you could find someone average looking at first sight but be extremely attracted to them after a while of knowing their personality
So no i dont think it plays a part in outer beauty. For chemistry between two people though, definately, enjoying the other person's personality is crucial

alot,if someone is beautiful(as in the way they look)a big part of that is makeup which makes it false/fake beauty,
if someone is naturaly beautiful(as in the way they look)and have a bad personality people would class them as ugly anyway as personality shines through.
i personally believe makeup can make anyone look prettier than they actually are BUT true beauty comes from inside and a bad personality can shine through the thickest foundations!
and also looks will fade where as personality will always stay the same

If you were to walk in to room , the first reactions usually take place on looks alone.
Then after say a hour people will then mingle in to the groups they feel most comfortable and whoese personality they feel attracted to.
They say beauty is only skin deep but a good personality can shine.

I think personality is the key to beauty, attractive features do not make a horrible person beautiful. I believe this is why people fall in love, as you get to know someone their beauty starts to shine through!

A lot, in fact a lot of stress couses breakouts, it also has to do with attitude, if someone thinks of you as a snotty mean person, then you'll look ugly in there eyes, also, keep your hair washed, toe nails trimmed, teeth brushed every morning, (and night, lol) and wash up every morning to, people will see you as a brite, confident, and a beautiful person.

if a person has a good personality, which we all hope we have, they will be beautiful because once you do something which a person may think "wow, she is so lovely" they will begin to realise how beautiful they truly are! so personality is the key thing of making someone beautiful!

A lot. Someone who isn't conventionally goregeous can seem really sexy with a cute personality, a bright, friendly smile etc. My other half isn't what you'd call conventionally handsome but I really fell for his bright, friendly personality and cheeky smile!
On the other hand someone very conventionally attractive can seem repulsive and ugly if they are an ugly person inside. They can spend all their money on the most expensive cosmetics and plastic surgery but they will still be ugly until they beautify themselves from the inside out.

For visual beauty I think it is small amount. Someone is happy will look better because they will have a better expression on their face.
For long term beauty I think it is a large factor! A possitive, up-beat attitude influences how we think of a person and makes them seem more attractive.
