10.25 = 10.3 (3sf)

NB When calculating 3 significant figures, inspect the fourth digit from the left , ignoring decimal points. If the fourth digit is '5' or greater, then add '1' to the third digit and drop all the remaining digits to the right. If the fourth digit is less than '5', then leave the third digit alone and drop all the remaining digits to the right.
When dealing with decimal 'zero's', the first non-zero digit is the first significant figure. In your example (0.07535) '7' is the first significant figure.
