Can I have my company information printed on I-9 Forms so that I don't have to fill it out every time?

If so, where?

I'd like to only have to fill out Section 2 and sign my name under the certification section.

Yes. Download the PDF from http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-9.pdf

You could print off a copy from the Internet of the I9 form, fill in your company info, and make copies on a copier and use those when filling in the person's info. You have to sign each one individually though.
