These seem to be specific titles given to programs by your University - as a business professor for 28 years, I don't know what the difference would be. You need to look at the requirements for each, and decide how well each would fit your goals for the future.

To me, both degrees scream I couldn't decide on major so I picked business to make my parents happy and because the work load isn't so bad. Also, those degrees are a dime a dozen now. You're going to need something with that business degree that seperates you from the herd (i.e. major or minor in international businees, finance, accounting, economics, public relations, consumer relations, human resources, advertising, marketing, business communications, entreprenuership, logistics management, operational management, public administration, risk management, public policy analysis, or mass communication.)
