that was a beautiful poem. i think native Americans respected each other more, and were more spiritual. i don't think it's wrong that some believed in more than one god. they had rain gods, healing gods, etc. they respected mother nature and were thankful for everything she gave them. it's too bad we can't all live that way.

I enjoyed it. I like poems I enjoy it when people can use language in figurative ways and help you feel or understand how they feel. I thought yours was very good. Have you ever read "In School Days" It is such a beautiful poem. Here is a link to it if you would like to see it. I always said I want the last part of this poem on my headstone. =)

I think its really good Im a writer aswell my only suggestion is to make sure your poem flows right adding words in some places would help to lengthen the line or sometimes taking them away can help but overall i really like it !:)

So sorry, I don't follow links to read poetry. Nearly always, I wind up regretting it. I get spammed for the rest of my life with insane advertisements, as well as not being able to see what I went for because of popups.
