my computer use to do the same thing. its probably bogged down with too much stuff(programs and so).
first click on start, control panel, add/remove. then scroll down the list remove anything you dont absolutely need. if you dont know what a program is dont mess with it.
after removing excess, close that window.
then go to start, control panel, switch to category view-on the left side. then click on performance and maintenance, then click on free up space on hard disk., then right click on the c drive, click on properties, then click on cleanup.
do the same for each drive you have there(one at a time).
after that close that window and click on start, control panel, category view, performance and maintenance, then click on rearrange programs to make them faster. then click on the c drive , then click on defragment. then step away from the computer for awhile. it may seem like its not doing anything but it is, dont touch it, it'll let you know when its done.might take awhile.
then reboot your computer. you should be able to move from one site to another a lil faster now. hope this helps, good luck

do a clean disk and defrag to start with make sure you have a good spyware program and anti virus program as well do a good full scan with both of them as well reboot and try again .... may need to reboot modem as well as the puter it self see if that will help ya out a bit........ make sure you dont have to many programs running at the same time may be more than what the puter can handle at the present configuration

that may be a browser cache issue, or low memory,
go to internet options in internet explorer, and clear all temporary files.
defrag ur hard drive,
if all else fails, reinstall ur pc from scratch and start out fresh.
