i was really sick in the morning. i had a 102.3 fever. but now im fine cuz i took medicine. and i dont know what to do now. i have all my homework finished and i'll probably have 10 hours of makeup work tomorrow.

Rest, relax, and drink lots of fluids. Just because the medicine made your fever go away doesn't mean you're all better. Once the medicine wears off, you may feel just as bad, if not worse than before you took it. Don't overwork yourself just because you feel good right now.

Well atleast you not really falling behind as you have all the homework you know about completed,how about you ring one of your friends(if there not in lesson or at the end of the school day)and ask about any work you may have missed and then go in tommorrow and prepare youself for any missed work,who knows there might not even be alot...
