Could somebody tell me please......?

I asked this question before but didn't get much related information.

I would like to know what are the duties or responsibilities or works that employees do in a school/university or an educational department about e-learning.
Beside designing, puting the data in the LMS(its database) and managing the learning components.....
Can you please explain more about exactly what do they do?

I should write at least about 3-4 sentences about what do they do to make e-learning content usable for students or the users who are related to e-learning.

I have read alot about e-learning but haven't found what are the responsibilities of the people who work and take part in this industry.

actually depending on the model of the elearning system and your job scope.

in elearning education, not only you need to worried about putting the information there but also it's quality, student's understanding, interest.

Another part of this kind of job is administration like student record, exam results, progress monitoring, data validating, fees payment and etc

Next to all these, it is important to link them up, making sure that a student study subject B completed subject A, making sure the subject B is given access to the right student.

So many things to be done..... if you nerrow each of these in details... 1 person will go mad with it.

Firstly, I believe you should insure that the learning materials utilized are relevant to the needs of the student.

Secondly, make sure the process is an interactive one which allows for input, analysis and exchange within the learning process.

Thirdly, and most importantly, I believe in pedagogical approaches to learning in every and any environment. Learning to think for oneself, being able to make decisions that encompass respect for all life, for the environment and for Mother Nature - buying into a platform of morality as opposed to greed, anger and repeating the kind of mistakes of human behavior that relect anger and evil. As educators, we must focus upon helping every student learn to CREATE VALUE with his and her life, by any means available to us. Therefore, we must be dedicated to the emergence of a value creating society.
