do a light color, but not one with orangey undertones!!!! stay away from the coral (it makes your teeth look yellow, and bad with brown eyeshadow)!!!!! so anyways try a light color with pink undertones to bring out the pink undertones in your pretty fair skin.

most of the time for pale skin, you can wear no lipgloss or lipstick. or otherwise you can wear a sheer light pink gloss that isnt too dark or a light red *pink* lipstick with a bit o' shimmer. :) thats what i do in the winter when my skin gets pale :P

From what you are describing, sounds like you would work well with a red. Test it out. Go to one of the makeup counters in your local department store and have them test out some colors on you.

if you do dramatic eyes you should tone down your lips, or visa versa. So with a dark pronounced eye color you should wear something suttle, maybe a gloss pink, or light raisin.

try going to www.covergirl.com they have a interactive there that will help you pick good colors for you. once you get the colors and info print it and take it with you to buy the brand you choose. it works as a quick match up for colors.
