I prefer to rollerblade...for it allows me to engage in upper body martial arts while descending. However, I wonder what thoughts are best to think during such a workout:

1.) Conflict and let it go
2.) Performance
3.) Empty the mind
4.) Questions like this to post on Y!A

I like 3, music helps me push mys4lf farther because it makes me not focus on the pain.

Paperwork and what your boss will be thinking when you show up hot and sweaty from rollerblading when you should have been at his desk an hour ago with his bagel and cocoa.

Personally, all I ever think about during skating is a clip a received to my ankle when I was in high school and how it still hurts for an hour or so if I really let it all out.

That and where are the brakes.

I like to think of each body part and muscle, and picture it straining to do the next excercise, just knowing that each time I push it is is getting stronger and better, burning all the fat around it.

for me, i think of the things i want, i usuallt datdream of driving a nice care and a house near the beach whenever i am running. my imagination is running too.
