i have wet spots on the ceiling and have tryed bullseye and kilz but they keep coming back.Any ideas on how to over them up?

Check your roof and fix the leaks up there. Also, check and see if there are any pipes running along where your ceiling is getting wet spots.

have you fixed the leak? if so, and the kilz isn't covering it, i would cut the section out and replace it with new sheet rock.

find the leak...usually where two roofs come together in a V-shape....or around a vent pipe
