Jam this pen into my eye! Do you think I have issues with my Boss and that I should speak to him?

Step away from the desk...put the pen down...thata girl...now walk over to the coffee machine and spit in the pot. Now smile nicely and bring the SOB a nice steaming cup of coffee.

Oh look how nice he is to you now...isn't revenge just the sweetest thing?

LOL. I have had a boss like that!!

Need to know more about the situation to help you though!! Right now I can't tell if you have the problem with your boss or your job, or if you are stressed, or your boss is horrible. Need more info.

I think speaking is less likely to end up with you in jail. But the pen is sometimes mightier than the word.

My boss is just as irritating. She's running around like a roach trying to run the place and do everybody's job. She's only a supervisor and sticks her nose where it doesn't belong...

Yes, just put down the pen first.

I think, it might be best to tell him that you are having a conflict, although it does not affect your working relationship, It is something you'd like to resolve, such that you feel more comfortable knowing that your both aware of the problem.

The issues may be from something else. Make sure that you are prepared to lose your job if you talk to him.
