No, he isn't serious. He is merely poking fun at a serious topic in a manner that leads us to believe it is true. The entire political system is a joke that he is exploiting. In a way, he would make a great president. I would vote for him.

this is a shaggy dog tale. you're able to collect signatures and report with the election value in each and each state to run. Technically you could desire to run in basically one state yet you could desire to no longer grow to be president that way.
