The response 'It is controlled by the Jews' is not too far from the truth. Get the documentary 'Protocols of Zion' and see what their 'purpose' is. It includes the mass media, and there are many 'jewish' players in and behind it. This is part of the curse that goes throughout the earth.
There are a couple of points I would bring out: 1)If there were no AUDIENCE for this, it wouldn't be there. It is a simple idea of sales: if there is no BUYER there would be no SELLER. It takes two to tango. If everyone would simply NOT WATCH, eventually it would go away. But we know that won't happen. Why? Point #2: The world thinks 'SEX=LOVE'. That is the message trying to be 'sold' to the world. It is a 'works of the flesh'. People of faith, hopefully, will know otherwise, seeing what love SPIRITUALLY is.
"Your ways are not MY ways' saith YHWH. Hence, the CURSE.

I am not married nor have any children but if i did i sure would block it. Its very unhealthy it matures a person to quick and the consequences follow are bad. The reason there is so much sex on tv is that the 1 amendment freedom of speech has gone to far now we are abusing it and shaping our nation to a more accepting to our younger generation. Which they think it was always like this. And thats sad.

They are going to the bank and laughing all the way. It is the demise of our society and it was said many years ago that would be the downfall of us. When you think of the rampant sex, think also about how much influence "sports" has in our country.....how much these people are paid.....in comparison to doctors and teachers....I like sex, I like sports, but our priorities are a wee bit out of wack, but if you are the big wig getting your pockets lined, bottom line you could care less. There are consequences to everything and this is no exception, look around what do you really......really see...that says it all doesn't it...I think so.

We have a really strange society, we allow a deal of sexual freedom in the media but are really repressive about it in other ways. Consider that for thousands of years, kids grew up next to their parents having sex in the same tent, hut, cave you name it, and in some cases next to several sets of parents doing it. Now we get teenagers that think that parental sex is "Icky".
Granted, I don't think that the media's use or portray of sex is the best example and I do monitor and censor gratuitous scenes. But I also openly and honestly answer my kids' questions and I explain what is being censored and why.

Because everyone wants to see it, except you I guess. I do think its kind ofwrong to let little kids see it. But if they don't learn about that stuff from t.v. then who's gonna teach em' ? Their parents? YEAH RIGHT!!! I know my parents were never good at explaining things like that to me when I was a kid. What are the chances that the rest of the parents are gonna be any better at it?

they think that sex sells. I don't need to see sex to buy a roll of toilet paper. It sucks, I think some of the commercials are stupid, especially the one about the pigs and condoms. My grandmother censored us but we did not have that many shows on t.v. back in the day. They would not let us watch anything with witchcraft in it. Speaking about that look at half the cartoons. yes the kids need to censored because their minds are wide open.

I agree... It has gotten worse! I feel like I can't even turn the tv on anymore. Cartoons have changed drastically. The media is poisoning our youth.

Agree completely. It seems as if shows like CSI show more about the crime than the solving of it. They show how they were murdered. Not even just one scene, they disect it and show it to you three and four times. Now they even solve two crimes at a show, and they show you the struggle against the criminal, how hopeless it is, and how they die...twice.

I agree with you 100%. I wonder the same thing. I miss shows like Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman and good family shows. I'm sick of reality shows and shows filled with sex.

for one reason sex sells. for the same reason the news would rather do a report on numerous murders and kidnapping rather than a positive issue, it is what the american people want to see.
