because children are starving in Africa, why I shouldnt worry and rant about pancakes getting stuck on the frying pan?

because my friend was raped as a child and many other girls around the World, why I shouldnt worry and rant about my tiny sexual problems?

because many people around the World have their faces deformed because of fires or diseases, why I shouldnt worry and rant about my dry and frizzy hair?

because my relatives survived bombings in Bosnia, why I shouldnt worry and rant about that some video game isnt working on my computer?

why is it so wrong for people to worry and rant about little problems on yahoo answers and then others answers them to be quiet, just because there are bigger problems on this Planet???? if my hair are dry, I have all the rights to nag about that conditioners I tried, didnt worked for my hair. would it make any difference if everyone would nag about poverty? no, cause you have to donate money, words wont feed anyone.

i've never a met person who doesn't have some problem that is personal, mental or physical.... life is a huge challenge and it's suppose to be !
our job is to learn coping skills.
for some people, finding the toilet seat lid up instead of down is a reason to have a hissy-fit !
to each their own ;)

You can absolutely rant about anything you want! I think that some people just want you to realize how good you have it. Personally, when I am having a bad day, or I can't make something go the way I want it to, I allow myself a 5 minute full-blown hissy fit. Then I move on.

Try treating your hair with a mayonaise mask. Put it on your hair for no more than 5 minutes, and wash it out and rinse with white vinegar to remove the oily residue. This will nourish your hair and leave it really managable for a long time....

Yes it says were free but truely we are not. If you say something you can be sued. They say dont sweat the small things. Stress will kill you. But why cant you rant about the lil things when you have people out on the street ranting for bigger things. Like the poeple who believe this war is messed up and wrong (which i believe) but they go to a fallen soilders funeral to strike and raise hell. That soilder died for you to have the right to picket his funeral. HOW MESSED UP???? Yes people are starving in africa BUT PEOPLE ARE STARVING HERE. Why are celebrities adopting those kids feeding those people. What about our own county. People sux

Of course, and everyone on here does the same - just some people think they're above all that and like to make other people think they should be feeling guilty for all the wrongs in the world.

And let's face it frizzy hair needs to be addressed before wars and famine - Do they have no sense of priority!?!?

Yahaoo Answers isn't for ranting - it's for people asking questions. If you have a question about hair, there is a section for such. Maybe someone could help you, I don't know, did you try?
No need to rant. Ask a question instead.

I agree. It should be okay to complain about the little stuff. Even trivial things are threads in the tapestry of life. Just don't forget the big picture, and you'll be fine.

Of course you are. This is the place to do it too. There are always going to be people who give you the answers you don't want to read on here. Ignore them. People who give dull or unhelpful answers do this because that's what they are like in real life. Moan away I say. Your problems are important because they are YOUR problems.

Unfortunately people today are selfish and self-centred.
God said to be in the world, not of the world.
So there for to many are wraped up in their own life's and Morales and values have taken a backstage appearance in their priorities.

INSTEAD - NO
AS WELL - YES.

There's nothing wrong with worrying about your own personal problems AS WELL as worrying about the big stuff.

There IS something wrong with worrying about your own personal problems INSTEAD of worrying about the big stuff.

sure you are,

but the answers to shut-up are legitimate as well.

you appear to be a person that cannot think "outside of the box"

those negative answers are from people that can.
