I got into an agreement and paid some money. On the rescission section it says.......This agreement may only be canceled by sending written notice notification of cancellation to_______ and must be postmarked by midnight of the third calander day from the date of the agreement.

Does this means that if done I will get my money back?
What would be the thrid calander day from 12 OCT.2007?

Third calendar day -- the 12th, one calendar day is the 13th, three calendar days is the 15th -- so midnight on the 15th (two days ago).

And yes, if you had sent written notice by then -- the contract would have been rescinded -- meaning, as if it had never happened, and you would have been entitled to get your money back -- but it's too late now for that clause.

It is either the 14th or 15th, depending on whether the day of the contract is counted.

Whether you could get your money back depends on proper notice and if you complied with every other provision of the contract that you did not state here.
