I had them horribly! Especially in the early stages. But the stretching ones were the worst. Especially late in pregnancy, if I'd get a good stretching going, I had to be careful with over extending my calf muscles. It was so painful.

I had them throughout my pregnancy but they got worse later on in my pregnancy with my daughter. My legs would cramp up in the middle of the night so bad that I would wake up crying and screaming!

Yes, it would wake me up at night. I had it all throwout the pregnancy. Drink more water and eat bananas.

I had them with both my boys. They are common with pregnancy. My Dr recommend more potassium for me like bananas, white meats (chicken, fish, turkey), potatoes, beets( I know yuck). It really helped . I hope this helped. Best wishes for you and your baby.
